1. Services

NexterPay provides global payment infrastructure, Alternative Payment Methods (APMs), API integrations, fraud prevention tools, and settlement services for approved businesses.

2. Eligibility

You must:

• Be a legally registered business
• Operate in a legally permitted industry
• Successfully complete our onboarding and compliance verification

We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

3. Onboarding & Compliance

All merchants must complete:

• Identity verification
• Business verification
• Risk and compliance assessment

Failure to meet compliance requirements may result in service suspension or termination.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use NexterPay for:

• Illegal activities
• Fraudulent transactions
• Money laundering
• Terrorism financing
• Any activity prohibited by applicable laws

5. Fees & Pricing

All fees, settlement terms, and service charges are defined in your commercial agreement with NexterPay.

6. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• Fraud is detected
• Compliance obligations are violated
• Regulatory requirements demand action

7. Limitation of Liability

NexterPay is not liable for:

• Losses due to third-party systems
• Force majeure events
• Business interruption beyond our reasonable control

8. Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, and branding belong to NexterPay and may not be used without written permission.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use means acceptance of updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed under international commercial law principles, unless otherwise specified in your commercial agreement.
