Return and Refund Policy

This Refund & Return Policy applies to services provided by NexterPay.

1. Nature of Services

NexterPay provides digital payment infrastructure services, not physical products. Therefore, traditional “returns” do not apply.

2. Service Fees

Setup fees, transaction fees, and service charges are:

  • Fully disclosed in commercial contracts
  • Non-refundable once services are activated

3. Transaction Disputes

Refunds related to customer transactions are:

  • Managed between the merchant and the end-user
  • Subject to card network, APM, and banking partner rules
  • Processed through dispute and chargeback procedures

4. Settlement Adjustments

If a settlement error occurs due to NexterPay’s system fault, we will:

  • Investigate the issue
  • Correct the settlement amount accordingly

5. Termination Refunds

If a merchant account is terminated:

  • Outstanding settlements will be processed after compliance review
  • Any applicable fees may be deducted

6. Fraud & Abuse

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Fraudulent activity
  • Policy violations
  • Prohibited business activities
